<p>Last year I had the opportunity to participate in writing a collaborative E-book called <em><a href="http://renegadehr.net/do-amazing-things-2010/" target="_blank">Do Amazing Things in 2010</a></em>.  It was a project I was proud of because it allowed me to share my ideas and visions of how to move HR forward, or business in general, along side respected authors and HR professionals.  The idea was the brainchild of Chris Ferdinandi of RenegadeHR.net.</p>
<p><em>Do Amazing Things</em> is a collection of short, actionable ideas – things you can do in 2011 to become a better HR professional.  It features ideas and insights from 21 of HR’s leading thinkers and doers.  There are some clear trends: Collaboration. Innovation. Passion. Growth.</p>

<p>The great thing about writing is it has given me opportunities to collaborate with many cutting-edge HR professionals I would never had the opportunity to work with.  Today is no exception.</p>
<p>Chris Ferdinandi of <a href="http://renegadehr.net/" target="_blank">Renegade HR</a> came up with an idea for an e-book called <strong>&#8216;Do Amazing Things- Things you can do to become a better HR pro in 2010&#8242;</strong>.  He then pulled together a group of outstanding HR professionals to contribute to the project.  Authors include:</p>
