Fast forward to November. Following a training course offered to some of the employees, more employees began to sign up for Yammer. Now, I see that the interest is starting to pick up. I don’t see that it is being used for “work” much yet, but I think people are still in the networking/getting to know each other phase.
One challenge I face in my job as a regional HR director supporting multiple offices/regions is staying “in touch” with what employees are working on. Recently, I signed up for Yammer and I am already finding it beneficial in keeping me connected.
