Leadership and Influence: Making An Impact
Being influential is granular for me. It’s about having an individual come to me and say, “You really made me think differently, approach a situation differently, or take an action that I would not have taken.”
Evolving Views Of Change
In order to be creative and drive change, we need to re-examine some of the same industry topics that have been discussed previously. It’s a time to think about how change comes about and how our actions can help drive greater adaptation and acceptance.
HRevolution: What Worked, What Didn’t
The event itself was a success for me. I measure that by seeing the attendees engaged, smiling, and talking. I also view myself as a participant so here is a brief look at what I personally thought worked and what I could do without or change at the next HRevolution.

The good news is that although the event itself is over, that means we’ll be treated to several weeks of participants sharing their thoughts about what went well, what didn’t work so well, and general ideas that begin bubbling about the discussions. There will be thousands of pictures shared as attendees and planners begin to sift through our smartphones and cameras.
