Hi Trish,
Love what you are doing and the HRevolution. I email with Ben Eubanks a lot. We have been trying to meet, as I have family in Huntsville. I would love to connect further and find out if The CARE Movement and myself could be of service to you. i would love to speak and share my story of positve change in life (and the workplace) We have a simple formula for improving morale at work. CARE; Communicate, Appreciate, Respect, Encourage. Put others first. Gratitude, Humility and Optimism go a long way.

Thanks again Trish, for all you do to influence and inspire.

Take CARE.

Hi Trish,

My name is Kevin Kestler and I am the Digital Media Strategist for mojoLive.

After reading through your blog, especially "YOU INCORPORATED: FROM EMPLOYEE TO ENTREPRENEUR," I feel that you are someone who would truly "get" what we're trying to do. If it's alright with you, and if it is a good fit for your audience, I'd like to speak with you a little more about mojoLive and see if you would be interested in helping us shed light on what we believe will be a major shift in the way people view and manage their careers. Here's a quick peek at what we're doing:

mojoLive is a truly fulfilling career management platform. We believe that the current state of the hiring process is far from ideal and propose that the solution lies in employee empowerment. We wish to enable employees to represent themselves to peers and employers in a way that is far more expressive than a simple résumé and far more useful than a just burgeoning network of loose professional acquaintances. We are currently in a limited private beta, but are beginning to expand our user base and are constantly on the lookout for like-minded influencers in the career management space.

If you're interested in finding out more about mojoLive, I'd be happy to go into more detail via email, over the phone, or I could arrange a walk-through webinar so you can get a better idea of where we are and where we hope to go. In the meantime, please feel free to browse the site at mojolive.com or blog.mojolive.com for more information about us. I look forward to speaking with you soon!

Cheers!

Just wanted to drop in and say that I really enjoy reading your blog. I come back to it often to have a quick read when I need some professional advice (I'm thinking of the takeaway from "Do You measure Up?" right now), but there are many others. Thank you for creating such a wonderful site. Hope to see you speak in NYC soon. -Leo
