Thanks for inviting me over to your blog. Glad to see you want to “sing and dance” right along with your employees since they are people first who happen to be employees.
I look forward to visiting and reading and glad I came across you (with a mention from Eric Peterson too!!)

@Larry K- Thanks for stopping by and for the nice comments. I’m glad I found your blog to add to my reader. I don’t see enough HR bloggers talking about safety and violence issues so it’s nice to see someone who is covering that so well. Look forward to more of your posts.
I look forward to more interesting topics and posts. I think the Anonymous Blog topic was particularly fascinating.

Trisha – I read your marvelous post by Jason S., left a comment and tweeted it. It is a must read. I’m writing to ask permission to quote from or reference this piece in an article I’ve been asked to write on Work-Life-Flow for Global Business and Organizational Excellence – a Wiley publication. You can contact me at aperschel@germaneconsulting.com and we can exchange phone numbers via email if you would like.

Just wanted to drop in and say that I really enjoy reading your blog. I come back to it often to have a quick read when I need some professional advice (I’m thinking of the takeaway from “Do You measure Up?” right now), but there are many others. Thank you for creating such a wonderful site. Hope to see you speak in NYC soon. -Leo
Hi Trish,
My name is Kevin Kestler and I am the Digital Media Strategist for mojoLive.
After reading through your blog, especially “YOU INCORPORATED: FROM EMPLOYEE TO ENTREPRENEUR,” I feel that you are someone who would truly “get” what we’re trying to do. If it’s alright with you, and if it is a good fit for your audience, I’d like to speak with you a little more about mojoLive and see if you would be interested in helping us shed light on what we believe will be a major shift in the way people view and manage their careers. Here’s a quick peek at what we’re doing:
mojoLive is a truly fulfilling career management platform. We believe that the current state of the hiring process is far from ideal and propose that the solution lies in employee empowerment. We wish to enable employees to represent themselves to peers and employers in a way that is far more expressive than a simple résumé and far more useful than a just burgeoning network of loose professional acquaintances. We are currently in a limited private beta, but are beginning to expand our user base and are constantly on the lookout for like-minded influencers in the career management space.
If you’re interested in finding out more about mojoLive, I’d be happy to go into more detail via email, over the phone, or I could arrange a walk-through webinar so you can get a better idea of where we are and where we hope to go. In the meantime, please feel free to browse the site at mojolive.com or blog.mojolive.com for more information about us. I look forward to speaking with you soon!
Cheers!
Hi Trish,
Love what you are doing and the HRevolution. I email with Ben Eubanks a lot. We have been trying to meet, as I have family in Huntsville. I would love to connect further and find out if The CARE Movement and myself could be of service to you. i would love to speak and share my story of positve change in life (and the workplace) We have a simple formula for improving morale at work. CARE; Communicate, Appreciate, Respect, Encourage. Put others first. Gratitude, Humility and Optimism go a long way.
Thanks again Trish, for all you do to influence and inspire.
Take CARE.
Al
Trish – I am still digesting the conversation we had , it might take me years to fully consume……you are a pro ! never imagined that someone could have this much depth but be so plain !!!
