I was reading a post about candy bars over at one of my favorite blogs, A Cup of Jo. She shared this picture and as I sat there trying to make my best guess as to which candy bars I recognized it hit me. HR pros are like candy bars. We may have the same titles and some of the same job duties but when you look at a cross section, we’re all quite different. Some are smooth and some are nutty.
So, more interesting to me than analyzing candy is trying to figure out all the HR pros I know and what their cross section looks like. Wonder what mine is? Make your best guess in the comments….

@Sounds like Almond Joy or maybe one of those candybars made up of all peanuts….can’t remember what those were called…

Payday- that’s the salty peanut with caramel candy bar.
Almond Joy has just two almonds on top of a candied coconut base covered in dark chocolate.
