That is terrific, Trish! I was just in the process of writing a post on that topic as a followup to my recent post, which ended with the question of how to change the perception of HR as not being capable of contributing to the strategic impact of talent. I’ll cross-link to your posts. This is a vital issue for HR professionals.

I really don’t have that much knowledge about finance, but I am looking forward to know more about it. It was very an interesting topic for me that I really want to look more at it.
