It’s a quiet Sunday morning in the McFarlane house. I’m enjoying a cup, or three, of Kaldi’s Highlander Grogg. It’s a wonderful, St. Louis roasted coffee with flavors of maple-spice and Caribbean rum which, on a cool morning like we’re having here, is a good thing.
It’s been a slower than usual month of writing for me as it always is during conference season. It’s always challenging finding time to write between work, travel and creating new session content. The good news is that my head is chock-full of ideas to share. Stay tuned for posts on negotiation, prioritization and empowerment this week.
As for the rest of today, I have some seven year old cheerleaders and football players to support. Go Little Panthers!
