		<description>@Peter- You&#039;re right about hidden agendas.  When that becomes the norm and the inner circle are doing nothing but undermining the leader, it is time for a major change.  I think the hard part is that is sometimes challenging for the leader to recognize quickly enough.  Great points!</description>

		<description>Insightful parallel and a reminder little changes. It is clear when our leadership is in disarray so is all that we do in that organization. We will not thrive or stay intact.
Once it is clear the inner circle become the outer- then they need to be changed and get of the bus. Too many others are affected as can be seen in your article. The issues as always revolve around the hidden agenda and the underground tactics that undermine.
Leaders need to be aware of having an inner circle and indeed go seek the truth for themselves - go seek that truth from those not within your circle</description>
