		<description>Totally agree.  Frustrates me that companies continue to view Social Media as an attraction tool only.  the problem ith this is all of the initial engagement you have with them is then lost once they start.

There is a lot of attention on how to use social media to engage with customers in innovative ways, or to find external talent, but very little is done for the back office. I think there is a lot of potential there.</description>
