		<description>Trish- Great story about Great customer service! I come from a strong retail/management/trainer backgrond. I have worked for some very well known brands. Although I am no longer in retail, I still have very high expectations of stores, brands, and their employees.
It is always nice to hear about Exemplary Customer service. I will be sure to be watching this holiday season and report back on great customer service.
